West Kirby to Host Multi-Sports Activator Course with Rugby Focus

Leisure Services is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for community members to get involved in the Active Wellbeing Rugby Rise project. Aimed at increasing youth participation in rugby and supporting local delivery, a Multi-Sports Activator Course with a rugby focus is set to take place this weekend.

The course will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM at West Kirby Concourse at The Oval. Designed to empower attendees with the skills and resources needed to deliver engaging rugby sessions in their communities, this initiative is perfect for coaches, educators, or anyone passionate about promoting sports among young people.

Participants will receive a Rugby Start Pack, complete with equipment and materials to help launch rugby activities locally.

This hands-on course offers a unique opportunity to inspire the next generation of rugby players while fostering community engagement through sport.
