Formerly known as Cafe Create, this dynamic service is committed to providing essential assistance for children and young people aged 11 to 18, with an extended reach up to 25 for those with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).

At "The Drop In," the well-being of young individuals is paramount. The dedicated team understands that life can sometimes present tough challenges, from dealing with grief and mental health issues to navigating the complexities of drugs and alcohol. Their mission is to offer comprehensive support to help young people overcome these obstacles and forge a brighter path forward.

One of the standout features of "The Drop In" is its accessibility. No appointments are required, making it easier than ever for young people to access the help they need. The service operates Monday to Friday from 2 pm to 6 pm, ensuring flexibility to accommodate busy schedules.

"The Drop In" is located at the Pilgrim Street Youth Arts Centre in Birkenhead, a welcoming and safe environment where young individuals can feel at ease while seeking support.
