Liverpool will be celebrating summer every week with special events taking place across the city centre. There will be free events at locations across the city, from Bold Street, along the waterfront, Hope Street, St George’s Quarter, Derby Square, the Commercial District and more.
The summer long programme aims to make civic spaces highly accessible while encouraging residents and workers to spend more time outdoors. It is hoped that people will take the opportunity to visit a new place in the city centre for a free event designed to help you relax and get outside in the city.
The programme includes:
Food giveaways at Exchange Flags and Derby Square
Mini golf
Live music at Princes Dock and Williamson Square
Street theatre on Bold Street
Circus acts at the Pier Head
A chill-out session on deck chairs at the waterfront
A sound bath at Tempest on Tithebarn
plus lots more, there really is something for everyone!
Liverpool Business Improvement District (BID) works to deliver a thriving Liverpool through street transformation, connectivity and collaboration to enhance the community.
