This youth club is all about having fun, keeping active and trying new things!
Each session kicks off with an hour of sports delivered by staff and some professional visitors. Boxing Training and Football Games, to Fun Fitness Challenges and Team Activities.
The second hour is for refuelling: Everyone enjoys a tasty/nourishing meal whilst being able to utilise the youth clubs chill out room.
It’s a great way for young people to stay moving, confidence and maybe even discover a sport they love.
