Compliments and Complaints
We want to hear about your experiences with Wirral Children's Services, whether something has gone really well or if you feel something could have been better.
-
A complaint is when you are unhappy about a service, a decision, or the way you have been treated and would like us to look into it.
Making a complaint gives you the chance to tell us what went wrong and what you think should happen to put things right. We will listen to your views and take them seriously.
